These terms cover your use of Lovebeam, the iOS app and related website at mylovebeam.com. By using Lovebeam you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Lovebeam is

Lovebeam is a private mailbox for two people: pairing, notes, reactions, optional intimate notes, and an optional shared wishlist. There is no email or password account. Your device holds a credential in the iOS Keychain that identifies your mailbox.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. Lovebeam is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region). Optional intimate notes and the shared wishlist are intended for adult partners who both choose to turn those features on.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes and wishes you create. You grant us a limited licence to store, schedule, and deliver that content so the mailbox can work for you and your person. Do not use Lovebeam for illegal, abusive, or non-consensual content. Intimate features require mutual opt-in; they are not consent to anything outside the app.

Subscriptions and billing

Inviting, joining, browsing, private drafts, reading notes, and reactions stay free. Sending notes, sharing wishes, and changing shared plans require one annual subscription for the couple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. Price is shown in the app for your region before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings (Subscriptions). Restore purchases is available in the app. One partner can pay; both get access while the plan is active. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies to the app where required: Apple Standard EULA.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy page. Notes are transmitted over HTTPS and stored so we can deliver them; we do not claim end-to-end encryption.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Lovebeam reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the app, these terms, or pricing with notice in the app or on the website where practical. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovebeam and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost notes on a lost device or offline copies that remain after unpairing. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
