Lovebeam is a quiet product. If something feels stuck, these are the usual fixes.

Pairing

One person creates an invitation in the Us tab and shares the code. The other joins once. Codes expire after 24 hours. Already-paired mailboxes cannot join a second pair.

Unpairing

In Us → Privacy & mailbox, either person can unpair. That ends the connection and permanently removes exchanged notes and shared wishes from the server. Your identity, private drafts, and plan stay on your phone so you can invite someone new later. Delete mailbox is separate: that erases your identity completely.

Notes not arriving

Surprises follow the recipient’s delivery hours and daily limit. Pull down on Mailbox to refresh. Check that notifications are allowed if you expect a tap on the shoulder; the alert never shows the note text.

Lost phone

On the phone that still has access, open Us → Find your way back and create a recovery code. Enter it on the replacement phone in the same section. The code works once, expires in 15 minutes, and restores the server mailbox while revoking the old phone’s access. It cannot erase an offline copy or restore unsent notes from a lost phone. If both phones are lost, start a new pair.
